Nobuya opens its doors in the heart of Milan: a contemporary high-end Japanese restaurant born from the collaboration between Chef Niimori and entrepreneur Andrea Lin.
Born in 1973 in Tokyo, Niimori Nobuya embarked on his culinary journey. In 2004, he moved to Italy to work alongside renowned names, refining his gastronomic philosophy. Nobuya's signature, now a reference point in Italy for Japanese cuisine, represents a fusion of Italy and Japan, where Italian raw materials are crafted and enhanced by the most authentic and ancient Japanese techniques.
Each piece of furniture is tailor-made, part of a project carefully curated by the architects of Lai Studio, who meticulously selected the furnishings and design from Rugiano. The same passion that the chef puts into preparing his dishes is expressed by Rugiano in the details of craftsmanship. "The Art of Doing" is defined as the ingenuity and sensitivity that, through mind and hands, transform precious materials into tables, sofas, beds, and furnishings. Fabrics, leathers, and metals are skillfully combined to create sartorial collections, symbolizing the mastery and wisdom of the company.
